Lambic D’Haute Densité Witty
Very sherry like in flavour, but t also tastes like a slightly sour barley wine. Incredibly thick, smooth and strong. Dry red wine finish. 20cl is certainly enough! 😂

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2021) Witty
It's relatively tart but is quite the easy drinker. The initial flavours are juicy fruits, with green apple being the stand out. The finish is a complete contrast, consisting of dry wood and pepper.

You're hit with chocolate, then coffee and a bourbon finish, but the flavours are mute and blur. The booze factor is definitely there though. A bit disappointing.

Incredibly strong, sour and tart at first but it mellows out. It's really fruity, with raspberry and strawberry dominating the flavour profile. It's quite dry and sharp on the finish, a good thirst quencher. My first lambic and it is fantastic.

BC Day 23 🎄 what is this sorcery? Says golden ale but it's like a thick golden syrup. Good stuff.
