Lots of flavor here, malty, citrusy and really smooth. And a pretty darn good value.

Rübæus (2016) Switzer

Aging 4.5 years and it’s so much more flavorful. It was good before but now it’s great. Less tart but more complex.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Switzer

Just cracked open a case in the cellar and it’s aging well. Chocolate and bourbon on the nose, chocolate and coffee is strong, more bitter finish than I expected. But a few more years and that will mellow.
