Funky tart with some sweetness and bitterness. Really tasty grape lambic with nice balance. Very easy drinking, yet complex flavour wise.

Maple Barrel Aged Frangelic Mountain Brown L.

Super creamy hazelnut maple boi. Smells kinda like a Starbucks. On the sweeter side which makes for incredible drinkability.

Mamouche (2019) L.

June 11 bottle. English US label. The nose on this beer is a heavy floral bouquet and some sour lemon. Taste is a delicious geuze with some sour herbal bitter funk. Really spectacular.

Really delicious gueuze. The barrels really add significant depth and body. Had side by side with cantillon classic gueuze.

Marzen crusher. Honey and fresh bread nose, caramel malty flavours with a touch of bitterness to balance.

March 3, 2020 bottle. Nose is intensely concentrated raspberry. Flavour follows with light band aid funkiness. Raspberry lemonade vibes.

Aug 14, 2018 bottle. Super honeycomb apricot juice with cantillon funk backing the whole thing up. Real nice

Feb 12 bottling. Let warm, tastes develop with temp. Nice mellow funk, lots of apple/cider notes, barrel is present yet subtle. Really just a treat.
