the color on this is super deceiving because it’s a really light beer that goes down buttery smooth. Great flavor, too. i could drink this one all night

kind of weird. i thought i’d love a mango habanero beer but the mango flavor in this is overwhelmed by pepperiness and alcohol and it was just a bit bland for what i’d expect a mango habanero beer to taste like.

it’s like a boozy mocha latte, really trippy, but you still get that imperial stout bitterness in the aftertaste that lets you know it’s still a beer

floral/agave front notes with a strong, yeasty belgian finish

pretty tasty, not like a beer, but it’s kind of like a tropical champagne or something

better than the regular all day by quite a margin, id say. Has nice floral and fruity notes but tbh it’s a little bit lacking in flavor overall.

a bit lackluster; the cherry, chocolate, and bourbon flavors get lost in eachother and just blend into a weirdly bittersweet taste that i didn’t like as much as the other kbs variants

KBS

founders’s best barrel aged stout. the classic. Not usually a huge fan of bourbon flavors, but something about this beer is just right

KBS Blueberry

i couldn’t detect anything distinctly blueberry about this, more of a general fruit flavor, though some with a more refined palate may say otherwise. Regardless, it’s one of the tastier KBS varieties i’ve had.

Frootwood

wow that was fruity hint of bourbon, but the fruit overpowers it to the point where you only get the bourbon taste on the finish

great red ale, super malty rye taste. though the hops on this one are a bit one-dimensional, i liked it a lot
