Strong aroma of sour citrus zest, chokeberry, oak, and typical, wild funky Lambic yeast. Semi-floral. Taste is between tart & astringent sour cherry and blackberry — drying w/ time. The fruit blends w/ the funk & oak, instead of sweetly countering it.

Super wild yeast aroma. Funky, tart, and wild smell. Lots of blueberry-adjacent aromas, I assume due to haskap. Lightly carbonated; floral and sweet immediately, followed by a slightly bitter, funky tartness. Similar to less sour, wild blueberry lambics.

Fruity (citrus & tropical) nose, w/ a hint of grapefruit peel and the tiniest bit of piney hops. Taste is a lot of the same in a light-bodied package — grapefruit and piney hops balance each other out on top of grainy malt. Slight melon/tropical taste.
