Strong aroma of sour citrus zest, chokeberry, oak, and typical, wild funky Lambic yeast. Semi-floral. Taste is between tart & astringent sour cherry and blackberry — drying w/ time. The fruit blends w/ the funk & oak, instead of sweetly countering it.

Przyleżakowal przez 7 lat, szczerze mówiąc całkowicie stracił charakter. Kwasowość niemal totalnie przytłumiona. Wciąż jest to świetne piwko 7,75/10

Decent; super refreshing. Not sure what a chokeberry is but the flavor is faint if any and non offensive. Slight tartness.

Sipping on tart grape juice. Little oak presence, and very little funk. I expected more of both. Picking up more vinegar than I care for, otherwise pretty good
