Sour yellow plums, blueberries, forest strawberries, old wood. You can sip on this for a long time.

Passion Pool Ö.

Thick for a sour, like nectar. Passion fruit, apricot, salty. Wow!

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2021) Ö.

Almondy cherries, semolina porridge with a touch of cinnamon, blood orange. Too much orange actually, but still great.

Plums and black cherries in wood barrels, toasted bread, sherry.

While waiting for take out. Funky raspberry, prune juice, black cherries. Sweet and sour.

Something earthy... peanut shells, edamame beans. Halved green grapes, haha almost wrote cambozola (that would be another beer) but I mean green carambola. Amazing.

Elderflower, lemon flowers, unripe strawberries, bit of funk. Really lightly salty.

Ale To the King Baby Ö.

Peppers, watery apricot, some hops. Quaffable but too light.

Today I learned about calamansi. Beer makes smart. Blood orange, lemon, hint of sea salt. Perfect in the sun 🌞

Peach O Ö.

Really sour and equally sweet. Haven't had a braggot or mead quite like this one! Peach, elder flower, citric acid and oily flowery honey. Awesome, a drink for the spring.

Flowery lager at the newly opened M.O.A.S in Norrköping. I'll add the location later.

George Bourbon BA Ö.

Milk nougat, roasted coconut, whiskey. Too strong for me, the bourbon is crushing everything else.

SpontanAcai Ö.

Sour red grapes, woody vinegar, sour cherries. Rich and deep flavors!

Santa's Hoppy Helpers Ö.

Flavor wise reminds me of those 1000 IBU IPA:s. Butter scotch, apple juice and a ton of bitterness.

Castle Black Stout Ö.

Slightly tart pecan nut, rich chocolate lava cake. Like a mint chocolate without the mint, there's this fresh breeze emanating.

Jule-IPA Ö.

Apples and hops, clean and just great.

Iskold Classic Ö.

Dark red/brown Vienna style lager. Bread-y malts, nice sweet bitterness and carbonation.

Visions Lager Ö.

Like a random lager at the supermarket. Thin, completely flat. Some grape flavor saves it from total fail.

Ich Bin Raspberry Ö.

Light, not so sour. Cherries, sweet raspberries. Aggressively carbonated.

Honey grilled pineapple, bright flavors.

#2 in the Mikkeller X-Mas Calendar. Sharp, roasty, bitter. Not sweet or acidic at all, only charred wood.

Limbo - Riesling Ö.

Like a light mead; apples and honey, also sparkling white. This is what restaurants should have among the non alcoholic beverages.

Chugwork Orange Ö.

Apricot, pumpkin, rosehip, orange. Thick compote and vanilla powder. The sour twist saves it.

Rosé de Gambrinus Ö.

The atmosphere: the Mikkeller Beer Club boat just came in, and with it a hundred loud guys entered the place 😁 The beer: tart raspberries, some throatburn, sour cherries.

K:rlek Höst/Vinter 2021/2022 Ö.

Soft and sweet, not the slightest bitter. Tangerine, hint of vinegar.

Swedish Wash Ö.

First sunny, then started to snow. And it's almost May. Got the last table inside. Champagne, earthy, a bit flat.

Burst Ö.

Grapefruit, lemon zest, bitter. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Beer Geek Cocoa Shake Ö.

Dark chocolate sauce, cocoa powder, hint of soy. Not that sweet which is a nice change.

Underground Mountain Brown Ö.

Dark wood, light roasted coffee beans, Pepsi cola, alcohol. Short flavor. Like a malty rum and cola.

Spontanredgrape Ö.

Cherry and red grapefruit together in the Mikkeller trademark spontan-brew. A bit light but still super!

Resting Brew Face Ö.

Apricot puree, rose hip soup, mango marmalade and a pinch of dry hops. Smooth, sweet and a bit sour.

Marvelroast (2020) Ö.

Took me half the glass to understand. It's peanuts! Malty caramel peanut chocolate bar.

Más Agave Grapefruit Ö.

Semi dried apricots and prunes, prickly pineapple juice, golden raisins. Like a barley wine with some acidity. Not at all as sour as the grapefruit gose had me to believe.

Beer Geek Fudgesicle BA Bourbon Ö.

Thick and sweet. Balancing between lots of flavors; caramel fudge, cardamom, licorice, cinnamon, coconut, hazelnuts, dark chocolate sauce, some BA spirit - and not one that dominates to keep it interesting.

Sparkling grape drink, not too dry. Green apples.
