Sweet maple with a rich, boozy barrel aged bourbon bite. Well balanced with some mellow chocolate and more maple sweetness on the finish. 2 years in the bottle, not bad

Oude Geuze Boon R.

Cider/champagne like, dry finish as expected but a really moreish and somewhat juicy flavour. Really good soopy Lambic. I would give it a 3.8
