Sweet and bitter citruses, low pine notes, bitter-sweet taste, long hoppy bitter finish. Surprisingly good.

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2018) Belitsky

Seems like more tannins and barrel than usual. Good anyway.

Grenache Noir 2021 Belitsky

Funky and fruity, fresh and fermented grape, dry and tart. Nice.

Classic Gueuze Belitsky

Fresh funky and fruity nose with some wet hay also, slightly harsh acidty and light grassy bitterness. Good.

Moriau Oude Geuze Vieille Belitsky

Funky and fat nose with some diacetyl and some alcohol, full body with moderate round lactic tartness. Good. Not very complex.

SpontanAcai Belitsky

Tart as hell with some dried red berries and low sugary notes. Wild funk is here. Not bad.

Oude Geuze A L’Ancienne VAT 108bis Mono Blend Belitsky

Intense barn notes, some white grape, fresh cutted wood, some stale wood, moderate tartness with astringency and some grassy bitternes. Perfect.

Iris Belitsky

Flowery, hoppy, grassy, more funk in the flavour, some diacetyl, butyric, low candied citrusy notes. Tart and bitter. Perfect.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio Belitsky

Rotten apples, earth, some diacetyl, old cheese, moderate tartness, moderate earthy bitterness. Very good.

Trippel A Belitsky

Sweet as hell with hard boozy profile. Yep coriander and orange peel is here, but that sweet sticky booziness is overhelming. Malt and candied fruits appears after spirit. Ok.
