12/21/18 - Fantastic beer, always does well with some cellaring. Complex dried fruit flavor with lots of malt. Really a tasty beverage.

Bottled on 4/23/19. Seems like two years might be the ideal aging for this sucker. Full, chocolaty, sweet, but not cloying. Excellent, just what I want in a big stout.

Aged two years, absolutely delicious. Creamy and full, lots of coffee and chocolate, along with a very smooth bourbon.

2018 version, set down for three years. Absolutely magical.
