Wonderful fruit character, in aroma, and especially in taste. Good balance, without overwhelming acidity or too much fermentation / wild character.

Cascina degli Ulivi is one of my favourite beverage producers. So is Cantillon. This collab is a twisted mindfuck. And bears the most beautiful label I've seen on a beer bottle in a long time.

Awesome. Rich, a little sour, not too sweet. One of the best non alcoholic beers I've had and also one of the best beer + wine combinations. Wouldn't mind to have this as part of non alcoholic pairing in an expensive luxury restaurant.
