Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 108 Mono Blend Mukamal
Absolutely unbelievable. So complex, slightly thick and almost yeasty in texture, sour, but not overwhelmingly so, with a rich aged quality that feels refined. Dark woody flavors on the finish. Smooth, elegant, and all-around delicious

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio Mukamal
This is literally perfect. Subtle, dry, just sweet enough, and really floral. It tastes like a great wine as much as a great beer, and it feels like something to be savored.

Perfectly tart and just sweet enough. Beautiful red color and the cherry is extremely present, but not overpowering. Balanced, firm, and a really delicious beer

Literally nectar from the gods. Crazy sweet and boozy, but it’s balanced so well by the hops. Has layer after layer of flavor where you genuinely have to sit and savor each sip. Rich, nuanced, so so flavorful. Fuckin perfect beer

90 Minute Imperial IPA Mukamal
As good as advertised. So hoppy but so smooth. Has a nice malt character too that keeps the whole thing even, a little sweet, and very drinkable. Such a top tier IPA

A delicious aroma, and well-balanced, with the oak coming through really nicely at the end, but it really lacks the depth and complexity you’d expect from a beer like this, especially in the thin aftertaste. Some cool flavors but nothing mind blowing

Very hoppy, and has a nice full body, but otherwise fairly straightforward. Weirdly enough, I felt myself craving even more hops in there!
