It’s KBS with spice. Smells good - chocolate, coffee, cinnamon, vanilla. Taste is same with mild pepper heat. It’s good. Not great. Cheers!

Chocolate Cherry KBS H

Classic dark KBS with the essence of chocolate covered cherries. Cordials. The palate is sweet, tart and roasted. It’s actually in harmony. The finish is short but delightful. Cheers!

KBS Blueberry H

Well! It’s good. Could be much better. Was expecting that classic KBS chocolate and mild coffee roast. Instead very little on the nose. And tart blueberries with a hint of chocolate and vanilla in the end. Cheers!

Kbs (2023) H

It’s certainly a classic KBS. Once was iconic and heavily sought after is now standard. And yet it’s still very good. Not the rarity class. But spectacular on its form. The recipe stands out really set the bar. Cheers!

French Toast Bastard H

I like pancakes for dinner. This maple syrup plume billows across a room. It’s radiant. The palate screams breakfast and coffee. At least the combo of sweet and bitter. Hint of vanilla and I guess cinnamon pop out if you wish it. Finishes long. Cheers!

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter H

This is a pleasant surprise. Aromatics of citrus and caramel plume. A complex palate of orange zest, bourbon, vanilla, & brown sugar fill the taste buds. It finishes not harsh like a high ball but soft & not too boozy. Cheers!

KBS Hazelnut (2022) H

Holy Nutella! This is Nutella & alcohol merged. The aroma screams Nutella - chocolate & hazelnut. The taste is a mouthful of the same smells along with a hint of espresso. Slight astringency. A complex finish but thin & short. Cheers!

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa H

A waft of chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, & maple plume. The mouth feels soft and complex offering the same as the smell along with milk chocolate. There are soft coffee bitters but not over-the-top. The finish is short and delightful. Cheers!

Nemesis (2021) H

An amber hued libation. The nose is malty w/ caramel & marshmallow coming through. The palate is a bit different. Super hoppy & roasted. It’s like an IPA blended w/ a stout. The finish is super long & bitter. It’s good but still figuring it out. Cheers!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) H

This is been sitting a while & tastes better w/ time. Maple syrup pours from the top inducing breakfast cravings of pancakes/waffles. The body is full w/ chocolate, vanilla, & maple. A slight bitter permeates in the background. A clean roasted finish. 🍻

Black Bear H

Über smooth and black. The aroma is sweet, while offering a coffee-ish note. The mouth is creamy with complexity. You gain notes of vanilla chocolate and toffee. A short finish but makes you want another sip. Cheers!

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) H

Loads of chocolate fudge are vaped from the glass. The palate offers a massive chewy fudge mix as well as vanilla, espresso, and cream. A smooth delicate taste satisfying that sweet tooth during the holidays. The finish is silky and creamy. Cheers!

KBS Espresso H

A midnight rider ventures upon a backwoods town only to get a cup of coffee & keep going. The locals pass over their best bourbon. He embarks on a complex journey w/ loads of coffee, caramel, chocolate & nuts in taste/aroma. This follows in a soft finish.
