Sunshine hay preserved lemon rich earth. Vibrance and complexity, light and intense, mouth watering but quenching. Tang a lang. Don’t tell me to tear myself away from drowning in this aroma; I can’t and I won’t. You’re perfect just the way you are.

Awesome beer. Whole cherry flavor, barnyard, classic complex tang, fruity… stunner. 😱👌🏼Bottled 2020. Nothing at all wrong with this, so it gets a FIVE

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2017)
Ugh not happy about the prominent butterscotch. Completely still. Quite clear. It’s a weird one. Hm

So pretty but DAMN beetroot is overpowering. Dirty. Did they wash the beets or leave the dirt on em? 😆

Smells like fresh chopped jalapeño. So vegetal. Not stoked on this. Not super tart compared to the many others, softer. S’ok

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions)
Turns into black tea w lemon. Finish is fairly bitter. Kind of weird TBH! Earthy hops.

Hm fairly delicate! Mild smoke for sure, very pleasant. Way better than this year’s zwanze 😬

I’m just such a huge fan! Funky peach jam 😍 feels less sour than the other lambics today. Beautiful structure.

Very sour, awesome zingy raspberry seed complexity and somehow definite blueberry finish! Touch of band aid aroma. Damn that’s a winner

Really interesting! Grapes add fun complexity. Improved in the last 20 min; started a bit sulfury but super nice at the end.

Yes tart, but tannins nearly as prominent! Not that fruit (sweet nectary fruit) forward. Need to be more familiar w honeyberries to fairly score this one

Ya know, just like a normal geuze or whatever. Grapefruit compost in the very best way
