Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Pickles

Dad gave this to me straight from the brewery in 2019. He cracked his in TN, so I had to crack mine. Sad to see it go, but happy to finally say goodbye. After almost 4 years of aging (my longest), the booziness has mellowed and other flavors have stayed.

Velvet Rush (2021) Pickles

Vanilla was apparent. Paired well with Tiramisu. Shared with Dad. Coffee went well with the Roastyness.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Pickles

Shared with my Old Man. His favorite is CBS. He said it was delicious, but not as good as CBS. Fudgy and Roasty smooth.

Utopias Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout (2020) Pickles

I believe this is 2020 version, but the date code is confusing. Boozy and thinner than expected, but at 17%, not bad. Took an hour to sip on this. Oak, Caramel, chocolate booze. Paired well with Chocolate Kisses.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) Pickles

Nice coffee cinnamon flavor with a balanced chocolate flavor that isn’t too sweet. Great carbonation.

90 Minute Imperial IPA Pickles

This #hopkillers glass for perfectly with Dogfish head. Malt bomb with a sweet, sipping quality of bitter hops matched with great lacing along the sides. Better a bit warmer around 60-65.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Pickles

Bottled 2/6/2019. Smooth chocolate and nice bourbon flavor with a coffee finish.

Dirty Bastard Pickles

A lot of favor and booziness comes with it. Malty forward backbone. Like a Good Pumpkin Beer before they add Pumpkin flavoring.

Punkin Ale Pickles

Late Checkin. Actually enjoyed this one. Was a subtle Pumpkin and spice. Not overdone. Didn’t get a pic. Was bound to happen!
