Just about got away with breaking the cork. That's delicious, dry, very smooth. Some bitter and sour but the whole thing is really well balanced.

Zwanze 2019 Humphries

The smoke is light, just enough to add an extra note without being overpowering. That's really well done, earthy.

Really nice, reminds me of something but I don't know what. Rich, fruity, jammy. Dry rather than sour.

Magic Lambic Humphries

Thats spectacular. The raspberry is beautiful, very jammy. Wouldn't be able to pick the blueberry ot vanilla without knowing they're there but they add a touch of sweetness that balances the sour well

Zwanze 2020 - Brettrave Humphries

Very earthy. Lots of beetroot. Less sour than I'd have expected. Delicious.
