2022? Tremendous flavor profile. Caramel, biscuit, raisin, figs, dates, cherry, leather, oak, Christmas cake. Very long, malty finish. Thick, hazy, petillant. Outstanding. Thank you, Wade!! Happy Hanukkah.

Dirty Bastard B

Luscious scotch ale with layers of caramel, vanilla and toasted malt notes. Well carbonated with a strong head. Cheers to a night of no mandatory meetings

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2017) B

Classic funky Cantillion. Leather, horse blanket, fruity apricot and lemon. Some spices in the background—pepper and nutmeg. Brilliant, Matt, thanks for sharing your souvenir on brewing day!

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) B

Dark chocolate, roasted malt, sherry and a trace of figs. Alcohol is powerful and warming with a bit of solvent and spice. Overall a rich, luscious stout with a whiff of Utopias.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter B

Resembles an old fashioned with pronounced bourbon, orange and some cherry. Sweet and full bodied. Lingering mandarin orange into a long finish.

Classic Gueuze (2017) B

Bottle was open for a while but still a good gueuze.

Mango Smoovie B

Pours like Nehi and shares some aromatics with that classic soda. Tangerine, mango, lime and a hint of raspberry. Tangy and bright with good carbonation. Not a favorite style but quite nice. Like to try a lactose-free version. Thanks, Matt! (and Sam)

Rather hoppy pils with herbal aromas and an assertive bitterness. Nice staycation lunch beer.
