This is a decent Yuzu adjunct lager that's crisp, cordial lime, a bit bready and a dry finish. This is nice enough on a warm summers evening, but I'd struggle to session this.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Sir Beeralot
This is a beautiful 12.3% abv bourbon BA imperial stout. The bourbon has lessened a bit, but it's still really boozy. Rich roasted malts, mid bourbon, very boozy, chocolate, coffee, light vanilla, woody.

This is a good mid to light juicy NE pale ale, that's very quaffable and refreshing on a hot summers evening. It's a bit crisp, a bit hoppy. Mid peach, strawberry and pineapple fruits.

American Dream Extra Dry-Hopped Sir Beeralot
This is a good beer, but it's more akin to a traditional English pale ale than an IPL. It's crisp, malt heavy, bitter hops with light marmalade, a bit floral and a tad dry.

Another beer from the Mikkeller virtual beer festival 2020. This 13.8% abv bourbon BA imperial stout is exquisite. It's unashamedly boozy, coffee, toffee, vanilla, bitter, dark chocolate, woody, strong but not overpowering bourbon and tobacco 😋

Backwoods Bastard (2018) Sir Beeralot
This is a sumptuous BA Scotch ale/wee heavy and best enjoyed with wee sips. It's boozy, malty, caramel, butterscotch, earthy, woody, subtle blackcurrant and figs, well balanced bourbon notes floating without boasting.
