Yule Mælk Aged In Rum Barrels Ronko
Oh boy, this was one of the more run forward beers I’ve had in a looooooong time. Mellowed as it got hot and has a nice, crisp style finish for a stout but it lets you know out the gate.

Curmudgeon’s Better Half (2018) Ronko
Richness, fullness, delayed sweetness, rounded body and all the malt. Really. It’s ample malt. More malt than you really need but not as much malt as you really want.

Backwoods Bastard (2017) Ronko
The warriors of time offer us much. They don’t represent what we know and what we expect but where we can go and how much we can obtain. The vigor has left the body but the bones remain, a valiant fighter finally calls his sleep.

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout (2017) Ronko
Last one in the stash. I don’t go this high often but it’s painfully simple but so damn tasty. The oak and vanilla round out the barrel burn with sweetness that is taking the bite. DFH just really nailed it with this one.
