First thing I noticed is this smells very nice. None of that hopped up sweaty urine stench, but instead peachy and pleasant. Taste has cantaloupe and bitter grapefruit. This does however smell better than it tastes, but is all right.

I’ve heard good things about this ale, but I don’t find this particularly interesting. I love many Scotch ales, but this has a raisins-in-paint-thinner approach and it does work sometimes. Not today. Now, where’s my Heineken?

This is really on the verge of tasting too much like alcohol. Very heavy. I don’t often mind, but right now it shields many potentially excellent flavors. Other than that there’s vanilla and coffee with lady fingers too (Google ’em and then lick ’em).

”Pour Some Sugar On Me” is conveniently playing on the radio. Man, this mead’s just sooo sour. I don’t think I feel my gums anymore. Cherry taste is excellent and the deep ruby color invites me to taste more and more.

Barrel, sourness and blueberry. Mmm. Someone should turn this thing into a pie. I like the dryness too. It’s like my humor, which isn’t present here.

Heated Seats J

Those are some heated seats, man. This is a very light nepa. Smells nice too, but doesn’t offer a rollercoaster ride to anywhere. Try once and forget the whole thing.

Peter, Pale and Mary Gluten Free J

A very tasty gluten-free, but I prefer Peter, Paul, Gene and Ace, the original fucking KISS!

Limbo Raspberry J

A wigeon flew here when it heard me open a bag of mixed nuts. Prince’s ”Raspberry Beret” is playing right here on the boat and it pairs great with this beer. Everybody should come here. It’s warm and it’s sexy.

Space Race J

I think this is a tribute to Ace Frehley. Probably isn’t, but I like to think that. Holy shit they made a beer this good and in this style without gluten. I’m actually impressed.

Stedsegrøn / Evergreen J

Watching MJ sing some true evergreens at Wembley in 1988. Goddamn that dude was on fire back then! Very inspiring to see in these lousy times. This IPA could be more tropical, but it’s an easy beer you can just drink fast and move on to the next one.

”Well, I'm a bum in the sun and I'm having fun and I know you know I got no special plans.” All that’s missing is the sun, but it’s good to drink anyway.

Ich Bin Raspberry J

Fresh. Can’t wait to pick up the berries myself. Only about three or four months to go. Snow’s almost gone and what’s left is sanity.

So this is energy beer. I thought there’s enough energy in beer already... To be honest this only has added B vitamins. Those are water soluble like C so why not. As for the taste, not bad. Hoppy and tropical like a gazillion others.

Weird Weather Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA J

A trip to the local pub’s beer store. At least they’re open. Was nice to see familiar faces there. This is a fantastic non-alcoholic beer. A true I-can’t-believe-there-isn’t-alcohol-in-this kind of beer. Still, you can tell there isn’t in the end.

This is really tasty! One of the best apple beverages I’ve ever had, if not the best. Ooh, Henry Westons vintage cider must be shaking so hard right now its pants are falling down to the ankles. What a loser.

Henry Gose Lightly J

This is absolutely better than most goses with alcohol and I don’t think that’s an easy thing to do. This is salty and sour just the way I like it. Today’s about excellent food and movies and I welcome this drink to the cinema show.

Gotta try nearly everything once in your life. That includes this crazy Hungarian blackcurrant melomel. Man, this is good! Sourness is wild and the colour is beautiful deep ruby. Share the can, though. This is too much for one.

Astral Sabbatical J

It’s good to stay in your comfort zone most of the time, but get the hell outta there once in a while. By drinking this NEIPA yesterday, I stayed in my comfort zone. It’s tropical, dude!

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio J

This Gueuze is not sour enough for me to make the Jack Nicholson Joker face, but is indeed very tart and does have a beautiful, dry apple wine taste. I felt it’s only proper listening to some old Belgian heavy metal by Ostrogoth and take it sleazy.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) J

This is truly awesome! Perfect taste of coffee with delicious chocolate overtones creating harmonies only angels can hear. This really makes the mountains sing with birds against an icy sky. And I heard bells ringin’. I think I heard an angel sigh.
