For being 17% this is dangerously smooth. Not getting very much maple if at all. Coffee dominates the most with a dark chocolate roastiness. Still very good

Hazelnut bomb, like Nutella with a shot of bourbon. Very good.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021)

That's pretty damn tasty with the cinnamon and vanilla as well as the rich cocoa, which accentuates the coffee. Barrel presence is minimal, overall really nice.

Nitro CBS (2019)

Nothing like a little hair of the dog after a night of crushing lambics. This hits the spot. Coffee and maple, subtle barrel but so creamy on nitro. Dangerous

Still really good funky basement with some elderflower notes.
