Slight sweetness, lime zesty and slightly salty. I can dig it.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Irwin

Pure rich fudge on the nose with a hint of coffee. Chocolate shows up in spades on the taste with a more prevalent coffee flavor. The barrel impact is rather subtle, no rich maple like I expected. Ridiculously good. Makes me miss home sweet Michigan!
