Birra Etrusca Bronze Kottke

Fascinating flavor - like the common ancestor of wine and beer. A fruity, honey-inflected palate that has the finish of bubblegum or wax (totally in a good way), with the body and mouthfeel of a beer. Hiding on the wine rack; who knows how old it is.

Más Agave hard seltzer variety #2. Again with more flavor than the average not-sugared-up hard seltzer. Easier to drink several of these over a night than several of the regular Más Agaves, for sure.

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Strawberry Kottke

I love the Más Agave series, and it translates pretty well into a hard seltzer. The strawberry flavor and aroma are pleasant, and the salty finish comes through. It's lightly sweet where the original beer goes sour.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal Kottke

This Friday's funky sour comes from Denmark, and it's a doozy. Looks like a port wine. The aroma is vinegar strong, like a cherry balsamic. The mouthfeel is fizzy, and the cherry and sour flavors are intense. Exquisite sipper.
