Tart, super dry, sort of clean in a champagne-fashion. Some over ripe apple funk for sure. Quite quaffable as well! This is my 3rd time drinking this and I'm very happy with it.

A bit metallic, otherwise not as sweet as I thought, nice dryness and cherries seem tasty
