Oude Geuze Dekoninck S

Slightly tart, funky, straw, citrus, easy, too much carbonation, dry and bitter. Nice.

Moriau Oude Geuze Vieille S

Barnyard funk, lots of wood, citrus, apples, tart and a dry and bitter finish. Very good.

Sounds Good BA 2022 S

Chocolate, bourbon, some pecan nuts, vanilla, cinnamon, sweet and bitter. Very good.

Nath (2018) S

Barnyard funk, rhubarb, wood, slightly tart, wonderfully balanced and a nice layered complexity. Fantastic!

Brewed 16/04/2014, bottled 19/04/2016. Funky, lots of wood, citrus, some straw, apples, soft, slightly tart and a dry finish. Very good.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio S

Lots of cherries, slightly tart, dry. Still great.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio S

Barnyard funk, apples, citrus, bitter. Very good

Single Barrel 20 Month Lambic S

End of the tour tasting, natural wine, apples, funky and dry. Very good.

Manzanilla S

Soft, barnyard funk, notes of sherry, some apple, vinous, wood and dry. Great.

Vin Santo 2022 S

Tart, lots of white grapes, oak, slightly tart, vinous and dry. Wonderful.

City Session IPA S

Light, refreshing, tropical and smooth. Nice.

Zwanze 2020 - Brettrave S

Red beets upfront, earthy, sour, wood, funk and dry. Paired with cherries with elderflower, kefir and beets. Another nice pairing.

Grapefruit, tequila, agave, sweet and slightly tart. Nice one.

Sweet and fruity with lots of prickly pear, followed by the tequila and agave. Drinks like a summer cocktail. Nice.

Tequila, margarita flavors, a little salt, some sweetness and a little booze in the finish. Nice.

All Day Vacay S

Light, crushable, malty, oranges and tangerine, moderately sweet with a mild bitterness in the finish.

Sang Bleu (Camerise) S

Sour, red berries, wood, tannins, followed by a dry finish. Great.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa S

Lci. Lots of cinnamon followed by cocoa and vanilla and rounded by a nice touch of the bourbon. Good.

KBS Espresso S

Coffee, , chocolate, mocha, vanilla, some bourbon and caramel. Sweet and creamy with some roasty bitterness in the finish. Great.

Vigneronne (2017) S

Fruity with white grapes, funky lambic, wood, tannins and a dry and bitter finish. Very well balanced and an amazing beer.

Kentucky Bourbon Stout (KBS) (2021) S

Lci. Coffee, soft chocolate followed by bourbon with caramel and vanilla. Sweet with some bitterness in the finish. Still great.

Panther Cub (2021) S

Lci. Chocolate, vanilla, a little maple syrup and a nice touch of the bourbon barrels. Good.

Fou' Foune S

From draft, smooth, tart, fruity with apricots and a dry finish. Nice and easy fruit lambic.

Kriek Boon S

Lci. Yesterday at De Rat. Cherries, a bit too sweet, but nice and easy kriek.

All Day IPA S

Malty, a little grapefruit, clean and a bitter finish. Nice.

Very fruity with lots of passion fruit followed by a tart finish. Good.

Big Lushious S

Chocolate and coffee with raspberries. Roasty and sweet with a bitter finish. Nice dessert beer.

Bean Geeks - Session Porter S

Lots of chocolate, then roasted malts, coffee and some nice hop bitterness in the finish. Good.

Lci. Tastes like a cappuccino, creamy milk, coffee, cacao and some vanilla. Good.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) S

Lci. Sweet, maple syrup, coffee, chocolate, caramel and vanilla. Still great.

KBS Espresso S

Lots of espresso followed by mocha, chocolate and then the bourbon barrels with caramel and vanilla. Very good
