LCI Dik, boozy en smooth met tonen van cacao, vanille en kaneel. De Cognac barrel zit er heel mooi in en complementeert de overige smaaktonen op fraaie wijze. Niet overdreven complex, maar wel heel mooi gelaagd en in balans. Mooie afsluiter van 2023.

Nose is boozy. Is difficult to distinguish the subtle cocoa and vanilla. Thick and oily, which is good. Thick. Creamy. Chocolate. Bitter coffee at the back. Ok.

Not bad of course but I think it’s one of those which smells better than taste. There is one tiny bit in that cookie which makes me nervous 😂😂😂 - licorice most possibly (3.9)

Cuanta agua pasó bajo el puente en un año. Todo lo que aprendí sobre barricas, sobre postres como este, sobre birra en general. Acá creo que cambio la birra no mi percepción, porque lo sentimos los 3 OG. Mucha más barrica y menos pastry, bomba igual..
