French Toast Bastard 2023 Vaccani
Big maple syrup, cinnamon and sweet vanilla. Literally tastes like I’m drinking a piece of French toast. Outstanding this year.

Chocolate and cinnamon first. Then then the vanilla closes it out. It’s damn tasty

This is nice! Tart, sweet, just the right amount of tequila flavor.

So good, so dank and resiny. Super smooth with just the right amount of bitterness.

Breakfast Stout (2020) Vaccani
Coffee is dominate with dark chocolate and roasted malts taking a backseat. This is aging very well. I wouldn’t be afraid to put another year on it. Very smooth texture as well.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Vaccani
This beer is killing it, just the Indians are tonight! Everything comes through that should, bourbon, chocolate, coffee, maple syrup. Great beer

Mhmm now where talking. Vanilla and maple are prevalent along with the bourbon. Bittersweet chocolate fades to a pleasant sweetness. Fantastic

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Vaccani
Aging very well. Bourbon is prevalent, coffee is still upfront as well. Chocolate is taking a back seat.

Obviously it’s boozy, but it’s not overpowering. Hop bite off the rip followed by sweet caramel malts. Some toasted biscuit on the end. Definitely a one and done type of beer. All in all it’s a great drink. I look forward to this one each year.
