Roasty aroma. Black pour. Roasty and malty. Load of chocolate with some coffee and licorice. This is fantastic! I’ve got another age. It will become more complex with time.

Coffee and fruit aroma. Blackish, cola-like pour. Tan head. Sweet. A tad thin. Loads of blueberry and chocolate. A hint of coffee. The bourbon emerges as it warms. Interesting beer.

Roasty aroma. Black pour. Tan head. Roasty, dark chocolate, and coffee. Smooth and rich. Can’t believe I haven’t had this before. Bottled 9/22/22. Busting out a vintage USC glass!

Maple aroma. Deep copper pour. Loads of bourbon, vanilla, and molasses. The sweetness of the maple is more pronounced. Had this in 2018 and 2020. Different flavors and experience each time. One more left in the cellar!

Tequila and lime aroma. Copper pour. Dense and sweet. Sour, lime, salt, and tequila. It’s like a beer margarita. Bought this one year ago today!

Chocolate aroma. Black pour. Dense. Rich chocolate and bourbon flavors! Maple cokes out as it warms. This is very good! Almost a 4.75. Prefer it to CBS and KBS.

Salt and grapefruit aroma. Dark orange pour. Grapefruit and tequila are present. Salt lingers on the lips. Syrupy quality. It’s good but I expected more. Rather disappointed. Between 3.50 and 3.75.
