I typically ❤️ this beer, but while this one has the 🍫+☕️ flavors, it’s a little thinner than usual, bitter and still a touch hot. Give it another year…or two, maybe it will improve?? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Tart, dry, it’s got that funk and the aroma brings me back to all the best lambics I’ve had. Beer of the month, without a doubt!
