Smells of yeast, green apple, gentle funk. Cloudy pale hue w/ a generous white head. Light, mellow tartness w/ strong notes of green apple, almost cider-like. Bit of funk, mostly straw and herb. Short but sweet finish. Mellow, slightly woody aftertaste.
