Lots of dry fudge. Good bourbon. Bit of scorched malt that could be the maple scorched. This is just interesting. Not great, but this is something decent. Needs some help with the cocoa and maple

Founders Advent Calendar 2021 Day 3. Pretty damn good brown. Solid vanilla and chocolate. Growing coffee and barrel presence. Little bit dry and oaky. Well balanced and enjoyable all around.

This is holding up real well. Great sweet caramel, deep leather, and tobacco. There’s a solid dry oakiness and a hint of vanilla. Little thin, but that’s to be expected. This is just awesome. Here’s to you Chris! Salut!

Interesting start. Metallic cinnamon. It drowns out all the coffee. Bitter cocoa and a surprising lack of vanilla. This is something else, but it’s coming off as disappointing.

This is solid. Great molasses and maple. It’s got a lot of caramel and sweet malts. There is a strong barrel presence, and a growing vanilla on the finish. It’s long, dry, and sweet. I’m a big fan of this one. #properglassware

I wanted this to be excellent. Holy shit was I let down. This is sugary sweet with a very candy-like passion fruit. There is no real saltiness to be found. This is just disappointing all around. Fuck.

So much apricot flesh and skin this is ridiculous. It’s funky, a little mineral, and just as wonderful as I’ve always loved. I want all of these.

The fudgy deliciousness is really fantastic. Gentle with the coffee, and the maple partners with everything well.

So good. A lot of raspberry jam up front and through the flavor. There are light chocolate and a delicate coffee layer on the back end. It’s smooth and clean with just a hint of oxidation that really does wrap this up. Better than expected.

If I had to choose a fruit during a pandemic it would be a raspberry. The chocolate is subtle, and blends well with the berry flavor. Yes, this really a Big Lucious!

I don’t drink coffee, especially during a pandemic. This is a fine, delicious beer that makes every bit of my mouth happy.
