All the bad taste from mead combined with all the bad things from carrot juice. Strange zesty & bitter odor.

Not realy fair, cos its a mead, but a thick smooth body, bourbon-like fruitiness and overwhelming sweetness. Reisins in taste.

Sweet, maple, roasty, chocolate, creamy and bourbon. Very nicely balanced all the different aspects and attributes. Not too heavy, not too much sweet, not too much warming. Umpfy!

Sour cherries, strong mead and peanuts. Butter and biscuits in taste. Bourbon barrel and oak combined into tapestry of mellow tones. Acidic Sour cherries are still pretty noticable. Wow.

Maple sirup version was a little bit more peanutty but still..this is a warming pleasure.
