• a patiently wait (30 minutes) gives you some cinnamon in a mix along slightly orange notes… vanilla? • flavor is rather roasted licorice hand in hand with subtle and shy orange fruited notes • a bit odd, but points for trying and definitely drinkable

Celebrating the b•day of Anna•karin in small amounts due to restrictions 🎉🥳🍻 My 2nd go at this beer. Been saving it for 3-4 years. A much more mellow and silent nose and flavor. After tempering a very fine elegant Blonde. Mellow yuzu notes. Grapefruit.

Saved for three years (BB: 29/03/21) due to the maple dominance and partly by advice from the ever so friendly Jens R. But there were no savior here, Jens! Maple syrup is ruining the base beer with its small coffee notes. No success the 1st beer of 2021!
