This has been hiding in the fridge for a LONG time. 2013, apparently! Not much beet flavor left, but still a nice tangy sour beer.

Slightly thick but not yet viscous, it tastes, initially like instant coffee. But, with an added vanilla cookie taste it comes off more 90% dark chocolate.

I don’t know what year this is, and don’t feel like going to the kitchen to look. May have lost its maple edge.
