Bottle in 2021. Not loving this. Didn’t age well. Maple syrup is gone. Smell is kind of gross.

The cherry is not very strong and.l not medicinal. The cocoa is more pronounced.

The espresso has become more roasty and not so much on the bitter side.

Oxidation. Malts are coming up a little more. Drinks like a Barleywine. Get a fair amount of cardboard.
