Obvious raspberry nose. Just fruity all throughout. I can't believe how much I like a fruit beer. That is not normal. This is absolutely crushed. Very surprised, pleasantly

Boozy barrel taste, hint or chocolate. Not getting much pepper taste but still pleasant.

Caramel, maple, cinnamon, dust, and candied orange. Sweet and malty and a little boozy. Heavy, syrupy, and grainy. Beautiful and aggressive.

I had high expectations of this beer, and I was not disappointed. Tami usually does not care for Scotch ales but she says this one equals The Bourbon county in her palette
