It is amazing what you can do with beer. Here is ostensibly an IPA that even when fresh isn’t exactly your run of the mill IPA…and now you age it two years and you wouldn’t know this was an IPA at all. Sweet, caramelly and for sure boozy.

Smooth KBS base with light cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa. Easy to overdo cinnamon but they don't. Nice combo!

Chocolate, vanilla and coffee bourbon barrel-aged fantastic. Haven't had a brown this good in a long time.

Very interesting! Imagine drinking a tasty and strong margarita, then following it up by a beer chaser…that’s this beer. I’d have this little tartlet again, but a short pour- she’s a little fiesty!

Almost more like a barleywine but not as boozy. Let it warm up a bit, but it's a good choice.
