MΓ€rzen after 9 months in a Bourbon Barrel, straight barrelβ¦itβs hitting 10%, not a lot of MΓ€rzen flavors. Definitely not a refreshing MΓ€rzen I was hoping for. A for effort though π€€ππΌπ»

Old Fashioned cocktail attempt in a 11% Imperial Brown Ale. Barrel aged w/aromatics of caramel and vanilla, dried fruit and spice while hints of cherry and bitter orange peel. Different, decent, not familiar with the cocktail. Bottled 7/6/21 π€€ππΌπ»
