Still the most complex from the 3 & still maintains that lambic identity although out! Very satisfying!

Sweet then straight funk. Not as full bodied as St. Lam but does give a different grape flavor. Prefer the St. Lam still

Quite sweet at the start but balances out after a while. Crisp, dry, very white wine like & thirst quenching given the warm weather now!
