Tastes like it has some age to it (no bottle date). Oaky, molasses, some dark fruit

Good flavor, not too acidic. Didn’t wake up with heartburn which is a bonus

Sweet caramel, oaky, plums, figs, little bit of bourbon. Nothing over the top. I’m curious how this mellows out

Still poured a big head, good carb. Deep and complex. Only a little heat on the back end from the big boy booze. Sticky raisins but not too sweet
