By a long way the best aged Fou I’ve ever tasted. This is a demonstration how important aging conditions are. Old Fou is known for being sulphuric and urine-y. We drank this against Fou 22 and it won hands down. Never happened for me before.

Such a mind bending beer. It’s not at all like other wine beers in that it’s super stonefruity, you could almost not tell that it’s a wine beer except that it’s Radikon they’re working with, and then it makes total sense.
