The blueberry is so intense it is really tannic like a red wine but the base sour adds it’s funky complexity too. It not too sour & acidic but is still refreshing & full of character

Like licking the wet, wood of the lambic barrel. So much wood alongside the dry, dusty barn, cooking apple & balanced sour character. Prefer the regular gueuze or the marriage parfait but an interesting & different experience

Didn’t realise I’ve had it a year ago. This was much better. Much more juicy & on the stone fruit side. Really enjoyed this

Lci. As good as always. Been a while but it’s really lemony, a touch of apple, woody & funky but fruity & sour too. Tasting great

Lci. An interesting mix of Boon Oude gueuze & vermouth barrel. Never had Vermouth before but,for me, it adds a herbal, bone dry white wine character to the apple funk of the gueuze. The more I drank it, the more I liked it!

Lci. Reasonable, NE pale, that’s very refreshing but a bit too light in flavour. Oaty & yeast forward but only some melon & watered down pineapple from the hops. Subtle but a bit disappointing

Lci. The best Supermarket beer, easily! Cooking apples soaked though a horses sweaty rug! Fresh, funky & complex

Lci. £3.25 in Waitrose! A favourite that never disappoints. Lots of cooking apple, dusty barn, chamagnesqe. Sour but balanced. Best supermarket beer, by some way! 🙌🙌

Lci. Meget frugtagtig😂 🙌 Finally passed a Waitrose with the Boon! This is all sweet cherries, the lambic is well in the background. There’s a tartness but there is very little sour. The poorest of the Boon beers
