Most complex & balanced in the bunch for me. Lively carb, full fruit, & signature funk. I believe this is the one that came from the brewery directly compared to the other 2. Something I can have on a daily basis (if only not to hard to find)!

Lightest color from the bunch, getting that loon funk though. Fruit shines the most with this batch but it's young age shows as well.

Oldest from the vertical but didn't get much of that signature Cantillon funk? Getting some vegetal note towards the end. 2nd rank from the tasting tonight

Has the signature Cantillon funk but not as full as their other variants if that makes sense? Still can't complain!

Doesn't have that usual Cantillon funk but fruit is brighter & stays longer as it warms. Very crushable actually!

Smooth coconut then alcohol comes out more. Can't believe I haven't checked this in before?

Revisiting an oldie but goodie. Dark chocolate/coffee but didn't get much of the barrel.. wasn't aware they were making this beer still actually.

Most balanced from the bunch, vegetal characteristics isn't as strong as the Bofkont & the funk isn't as strong as the Publitasting. Can't beat the OG!
