Not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Well balanced with a fairly subtle fresh, piney finish. Not like a West Coast IPA, though.

Wow, hard to believe I first tried this brew 10 years ago, almost to the day. Still a good beer, but I do prefer a darker flavor profile these days. Went well with food.

Mild citrus, very thin taste. Could use more fruit and still be light. Not bad overall, it’s clean.

I'm in an abusive relationship with red IPA. I go back to it now and then thinking this time it won't punch me in the face but it usually does. But here we do have heavy hops but some subtlety and notable malt character. Maybe it ain't love, but what is?
