Dark, thick, burns, and very much barrel-aged. Wow is it barrel-aged. Did I mention it burns. Burns my nose and my throat.

An explosion of flavor. Very fruity, tart. Surprisingly high ABV…9.7%.

Feels more bitter than 30 IBUs usually produce. Love the sweetness. Not picking up the bourbon notes but can definitely tells there’s maple.
