Funky and sour in the aroma with a big head that disappears fast. Sour and funky in the flavor as well with a clear fruity touch of apple. It’s really good, not too sour and really balanced with high carbonation. It’s probably the best lambic I’ve had.

It’s got a really sweet and fruity aroma with a sour hint and a very thin head. The flavor is sour and tart with some sweet and fruity flavor of cherry. It’s pretty high in carbonation, refreshing and rather light for a lambic. It’s a good one.

Really strong aroma of raspberry, also sour with a thin head that disappears rather fast. Very strong raspberry flavor as well, fruity and slightly sour. It’s a pretty good lambic.
