Totally expected this to be sour with Rodenbach involved, but not at all. It is simply a deep and complex red ale. Up front maltiness, but very light, bodied and crisp, finishing dry and bitter. Interesting beer.

Awesome collab with Trillium using Sam’s clever continual dry-hopping with an old electric football game. Tropical fruitiness. Delicious! Really delicious!!

Delicious dessert stout! Another entry to the s’mores beer scene. Smooth. None of the adjuncts really stand out that make it remind me of a s’more, but tasty nonetheless. And great with these chocolate dipped marshmallows!
