Better this time around. Doesn’t have the alcoholic aftertaste from the first time. The weird thing is the scent is still really strong. 4.1

5 years of aging has smoothed this one out. When I first had it, it was too hot. Now you can taste the underlying IPA much better.

Getting a little maple as it’s warmed but it has faded significantly.
