This was buried in the back of the fridge. I don't think aging improved it, but didn't hurt it. Time to locate this year's KBS.

It's still warming, but some impatient sips already get dark chocolate, plum, and the overall impression of Utopias, which by itself is a complex almost fortified wine, brandy sort of deliciousness. Warm but not hot... impressive at this ABV.

It's been a few years, so not sure if this is a particularly good batch or I just forgot how good it was. I had been avoiding Founders until they sorted out their racism problem in brewery management.

Got my holiday beer and liquor shopping done today. This one didn't fit in the beer fridge and will help with the house cleaning for sure.
