Cellar aged. Tart, peach, a little strawberry, touch of farmhouse. Still drinking great for 11 years old.

Year old found in the fridge. Doesn't taste like a year old.

Cellar aged. The flavor faded, but coffee is still present.

Aged well. Still has some heat. Raisin, dark fruit, a little tart. Could probably go a few more years.
